Our clients 2030 Net Zero Roadmap strategy involves removal of all scope 1 emissions. This included 65 owned vehicles used around the precinct from airfield to landside duties. We presented multiple transition pathways to transition the fleet to EV and assessed many electrical infrastructure options in order to meet all requirements.

Our clients 2030 Net Zero Roadmap strategy involves the installation of up to 9MW of Solar. This should reduce annual Power consumption by circa 8% and save circa $1.8m per annum. This project is focusing on rooftop, Carparks and ground mount solutions in the airfield.
12 months Energy Reduction Program via analytics platform

Business Case required a savings of $200,000 in 12 months. Collaborating with Operational departments, analytics company and OT companies we identified 35 opportunities that could with $350,000 of savings. Of these projects we converted 20 opportunities into live projects with realised savings of $197,000 in 12 months combined across Power, Water and Gas utilities when comparing FY 18 and FY 19 data.
Electric Heat Pump Project

400kw Electric Heat Pump installation to replace 25 year old Gas calorifiers for Domestic Hot Water Generation for the property level 4 to Basement 4. Comprised of water cooled units connected to site wide condenser water system. Produced annual saving of $130k on Gas and a 20% reduction in gas intensity.
